Making Reservations
Please book your room by either booking online via this link or by calling 800-MARRIOTT and identify yourself as part of the WESTAR/WRAP 2018 Spring Business Meeting. Our group rate is $182 plus 15.3% tax per room per night. In order to guarantee the group rate, you must reserve by 3/23/18. If you are planning to stay a few days before or after the meeting, know that our room block includes Fri, 4/20 to Sat, 4/28 and if you encounter any issues with your booking, please contact Jackie Gadret at [email protected]. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Guests have until 4pm 48 hours before arrival, to cancel their room reservation without penalty.
