Making Reservations
Please book your room by booking online at this link or by calling Peppermill Resort Reservations at 866-821-9996 and mentioning group code GWEST24 . Our group rate is $125 plus 13% occupancy tax and $2 Tourism Surcharge per room per night. The Peppermill’s resort fee of $45.00 per room, per night will be waived for attendees of this group who book through the website (link provided). This fee will be removed from your bill upon check-out.
In order to guarantee the group rate, you must reserve by 5pm PST on Sunday, 10/13/24. The room block includes 11/12-15/24. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Reservations will be subject to a one night charge if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Airport & Transportation Options to Hotel:
The Peppermill features an easy and convenient airport shuttle, which departs from the airport going to the Peppermill every half-hour beginning at 4:15 am, and continuing to 11:45pm. This shuttle picks-up at the North exit of the Baggage Claim area.
In addition, the airport shuttle departs from the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby, and runs every half-hour beginning at 4am. The last shuttle departs from the Peppermill going to the airport at 11:30pm.
